4/10 New Beer Tapped - Hazeas Corpus, Hazy IPA
This 6.4% ABV IPA was dry-hopped with Mosaic, Citra, and Amarillo and fermented with Sacc Trois (a wild Saccharomyces yeast that produces big tropical fruit notes and doesn't flocculate, hence the hazy appearance).
4/25 It's Back on Tap: Spreckels Hefeweizen
This traditional German Hefeweizen is light and refreshing with distinct banana and clove nuances.
