We are proud to be hosting our Fall Beer Dinner in the Tasting Room on Sunday, October 7th at 4:30pm. Once again, we are headed to the Council archive to find our favorite oak aged and specialty beers to highlight in this six-course meal. Guests will enjoy a total of eight different beers with dishes prepared by some of San Diego’s most talented chefs, Tyson Blake (O’Brien’s Pub), Phil Esteban (Consortium Holdings), Matt Cammak (Hamilton’s Tavern/South Park Brewing), Mike Arquines (The Lab Dining Sessions), Kristianna Zabala (KRZ Catering), and a special guest Chef.
This event will benefit Beer to the Rescue, a local organization dedicated to finding a cure for Lupus.
