Quorum is our rotating recipe beer, giving our brewers the opportunity to experiment with different hop varieties or grain combinations. The next batch of Quorum IPA is dry hopped with Lemon Drop Hops and will be going on tap about three weeks from today. For the upcoming cask night, Liz, Head Brewer, is adding pineapple and lemon zest to the cask of Quorum IPA. Join us at 4:30pm on 8/24/16 as we tap this hoppy, tropical, and citrusy IPA cask.
